Welcome to Brushfly Outfitters. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Bookings & Payments
– A booking is only confirmed once we receive a deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.
– Final payment must be made by the due date provided at the time of booking. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
– Prices are quoted in $ USD unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change before confirmation.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
– If you cancel:
  – Cancellations made before the trip may be eligible for a partial refund. Brushfly Outfitters follows the specific destinations’ cancelation policies.
  – Cancellations made after that period may not be refundable.

3. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, lost baggage, and unforeseen events. Brushfly Outfitters is not responsible for costs arising from events outside of our control.

4. Health & Safety
– By booking with us, you confirm that you are fit to participate in the activities included in your trip.
– You are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or special requirements at the time of booking.
– Some destinations may involve physical activity, outdoor conditions, or exposure to wildlife. Guests participate at their own risk.

5. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all passports, visas, and required documents are valid for travel. Brushfly Outfitters is not responsible for denied entry or missed trips due to incomplete travel documentation.

6. Responsibilities
– Our responsibility: We strive to provide safe, enjoyable, and well-organized travel experiences. We work with trusted partners and guides to deliver your trip as advertised.
– Your responsibility: You are responsible for following local laws, respecting guides, fellow travelers, and the environment, and arriving on time for scheduled activities.

7. Liability Disclaimer
– Brushfly Outfitters is not liable for personal injury, illness, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your trip, except where required by law.
– We are not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, political events, illness outbreaks or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to Itinerary
We do our best to deliver trips exactly as described. However, itineraries may change due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. Any changes will be made with your best interests in mind.

9. Use of Photos & Media
We may take photos or videos during trips for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in these, please let us know in advance.
